Shipping
Orders are processed daily and ship via USPS Priority Mail. Pricing is based on weight and distance. You will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation details when your order ships. Most orders should arrive within 7-14 days. Custom orders may take longer. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.
Gifts
Every canvas design arrives wrapped in lime green tissue paper! If you would like us to include a gift card at no additional charge, please indicate your message in the "Special Instructions for Merchant" box at check out. Or you can email your message and order number to info@smartquotesforkids.com.
Customized Designs
Please contact us at info@smartquotesforkids.com if you are interested in custom colors, designs, or special sized canvases.
Returns and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@smartquotesforkids.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. However the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders can not be returned.
Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the District of Columbia. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a Washington, DC address.
